How to bulk delete consumption data for an external meter?


To bulk delete consumption data for an external meter, follow these steps:


  1. Log in to the My Energy Monitor portal using your email and password.

  2. Choose the child company account for which you want to manage a meter in the upper left corner.


  3. In the left sidebar, click on "Organization," and then select "Meters."

  4. Locate the meter for which you want to delete consumption data and click on it. 
    Please note that this process is applicable only to external meters, and you cannot modify the consumption for ESN meters.


  5. Scroll down to the consumption table.

  6. Click the 'Bulk Delete' button.


  7. Select the date range for the consumption data you want to delete.

  8. Click the 'Delete' button.


  9. Confirm the deletion by clicking 'Delete' again.


  10. The selected consumption data will be permanently removed.
