How to upload consumption for an external meter?

If you have a spreadsheet of consumption data to upload, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the My Energy Monitor portal using your email and password.

2. Choose the child company account for which you want to manage a meter in the upper left corner.
   
   
   

3. In the left sidebar, click on "Organization," and then select "Meters."

4. Locate the meter for which you want to upload the consumption data and click on it. 
   Please note that this process is applicable only to external meters, and you cannot modify the consumption for ESN meters.
   
   
   

5. Scroll down to the consumption table.

6. Click the 'Upload' button.
   
   
   

7. Download the example consumption file provided and ensure that the file you plan to import has the same format.
   
   
   

8. Select the data frequency (hourly or daily) and choose the file you wish to upload.

9. Click the 'Submit' button in the popup.
   
   
   

10. The consumption data should now be successfully imported.
