How to access building stats, KPIs, and metrics?
To access important statistics, KPIs, and metrics for a building, follow these steps:
Log in to the My Energy Monitor portal using your email and password.
Choose the child company account whose buildings' data you want to explore from the upper left corner.
In the left navigation bar, click on “Organization” and then select “Buildings.”
Pick the relevant building from the list.
Click on the “Overview” button to access detailed data for this building.
A comprehensive building overview will be displayed, providing key statistics, including consumption for the current or past month or year. Additionally, you can compare your building's performance with a benchmark graph that assesses its consumption against similar buildings of the same size.
Scroll down the page to find information about the building’s total consumption, which can be filtered by day, month, week, year, and even hour.
Further down, you'll encounter the Energy Temperature Curve (ET Curve), where blue dots represent actual measured consumption values and the red line represents estimated normal consumption at different outside temperatures. Customize the interval and date range to analyze specific data.
Find more information about the ET curve in a separate articleContinuing downward, you'll find the Effect Curve, illustrating peak consumption values within specific time periods, useful for optimizing energy usage at different times.
Next, there's the Power Curve, comparing energy consumption during various time periods throughout the day, including weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
At the bottom of the page, you'll find a list of meters, each linking to a meter overview for the meters in use in this building.
